How AdvisorDraft works
Five steps from adviser meeting note to compliance-approved, branded client letter.
- 1
Upload the meeting note
Staff paste or upload the adviser's meeting note. Files are parsed in your browser. Only the extracted text is sent on for processing.
- 2
AI extracts & matches a template
PII is masked, then the AI selects the right template from your library and extracts client, fund and adviser details with per-field confidence scores.
- 3
Staff review & submit
Staff review the smart form, edit any low-confidence fields, and submit the letter for compliance approval. Every edit is tracked.
- 4
Compliance approves or amends
Compliance reviews section-by-section, leaves inline comments, and either approves the letter or sends it back with structured amendments.
- 5
Branded .docx is generated
Once approved, a branded Word document is generated with your firm's logo, colours and footer. And a draft watermark before sign-off.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a letter take?
Most firms go from meeting note to compliance-ready draft in under 10 minutes. Down from around 1.5 hours of manual assembly.
Does the AI see real client data?
No. PII (names, addresses, NI numbers, postcodes, DOBs, account references) is masked before any data reaches the AI. Real values are re-injected on your side.
Are meeting notes stored?
No. Meeting note text is processed transiently. It is not persisted to the database after extraction.
Where is data hosted?
UK/EU data residency (London region). Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
Can letters be sent without compliance review?
No. Letters move through Draft → Awaiting review → Approved (or Needs amending). A human approval is always required before final generation.
